I am a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator. Mediation for Probate is a very valuable tool. It helps people who are in disputes over an estate meet with a neutral mediator whose sole objective is to help the people resolve their differences without spending all of the time, money, and grief in litigation. Frequently mediation happens prior to litigation. Sometimes it happens during litigation. And sometimes it even happens after the trial, before the appeal, or during the appeal. As a mediator, I can help facilitate people reaching a resolution so that we can cause the least amount of harm through this painful experience their family is facing.
