What are the responsibilities of my Personal Representative?

A Personal Representative is commonly known as an executor in other states. That person is in charge and appointed by the court to handle all matters related to the estate. The Personal Representative must identify the assets, contact all of the creditors, and then ultimately distribute the assets to the beneficiaries. The Personal Representative is also responsible for filing the tax returns. We can help the Personal Representative from start to finish in order to adequately complete the estate in an efficient manner.
