The Karp Law Firm is fully operational and ready to assist you. For the time being, we are meeting with clients by phone or video conference. This allows you and your attorney to discuss and accomplish everything just as if we were meeting in person. We are also conducting “curbside” document signings with a safe, “socially distanced” procedure that meets all legal requirements for executing documents.
We are still handling Medicaid cases for those with loved ones facing unsustainable nursing home bills. And those whose loved one has passed, we are also handling probate and trust administration matters.
