What are the responsibilities of my Personal Representative?

Adele Small Harris

A Personal Representative is commonly known as an executor in other states. That person is in charge and appointed by the court to handle all matters related to the estate. The Personal Representative is also responsible for filing the tax returns. We can help the Personal Representative from start to finish in order to adequately complete the estate in an efficient manner.
