Military Veterans Take Flight April 15

Southeast Florida Honor Flights honors military veterans by escorting them on trips to Washington D.C. to visit the memorials that pay respect to their wartime efforts. The next Honor Flight is April 15, and everyone is welcome to participate in Operation Homecoming, when the veterans return to Palm Beach International Airport at 7:30 p.m. Bring your flags and be ready to cheer our heroes.

This year, a history class students at Suncoast High School in Riviera Beach raised over $15,000 for the organization. Carmin Yannotta, a 98-year-old World War II veteran, was on hand to accept the check. See the video below!
