Medicaid Planning Case Manager Deeanna Farrington, MSW, has been certified as a Certified Dementia Practitioner.  CDP certification is awarded by the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners and denotes a high standard of excellence in direct care skills, education, and sensitivity when dealing with those with dementia and  their families.
