Attorney Jonathan D. Karp has been recognized in the 2023 edition of Best Lawyers: One to Watch in America™. The award recognizes Mr. Karp for professional excellence in the field of trusts and estates. It is the second year in a row that he has received the award. The Ones to Watch award is for outstanding lawyers who have been in private practice for less than 10 years.
Recognition is based on peer review. Lawyers are asked, “If you were unable to take a case yourself, how likely would you be to refer it to this nominee?” Nominees are given a 1-5 rating and must be in good standing with the ethics committee of their state bar.
