Attorney Karp guest speaker on special needs trusts

Attorney Karp was the guest speaker at the Oct. 7 meeting of the Planned Giving Council in West Palm Beach, Florida. Mr. Karp explained the use of special needs trusts to an audience consisting of attorneys, CPA’s and other financial professionals.
